You need to login with your connect.opensuse.org credentials, you can choose from two candidates and you have to vote for two candidates - of course you can only vote if you are openSUSE member [2][3].
After having logged in, I can see all announcements, except the one from Andrew Wafaa. Having made my vote, I got a red sqare saying 'you are not a member'.
So was the vote counted or not?
If it says that you are not a member, it believes you are not a member and thus not eligible to vote and ignores you.
