Hello, just to add my two cents, in the Italian Wiki, we (active members) simply monitor the RecentChanges special page. I think this is important from the Wiki perspective, since you can verify what's going on (new, edited, defaced pages and so on). Furthermore, i like the Junior Jobs idea. Are there some kind of "mentors" for them?
