don't forget we *all* made the rules, nor Richard or any other single, so the mistake is all of us if any... and also let me state than such rule are usually very difficult to use, having 20% *of the whole membership* sign for resign the board is very difficult to reach, specially given a majority of *voters* did vote for the board and the others mostly don't care.
