As you can imagine, though, the devil is in the detail, as in many cases, bugs are filed on behalf of customers or partners, where SUSE needs to protect customer/partner specific information.
But you are aware of that challenge anyways, aren't you?
I know of at least one bug that couldn't have been shared with me because it contained some customer info, but had to have been rereported, because it was related to the stuff I do, and had to be assigned to me. That weird bug juggling is how we end up with 3 bug references in one .changes entry, all referring to the same core issue.
