openSUSE Code of Conduct and "toilet humour"

Dear all, based on recent discussions on this list (and off list) with a quick electronic vote the openSUSE Board agreed on the following: "Toilet humour" shall be added as an example of unacceptable behavior in the openSUSE Code of Conduct.
