The rsync.o.o server hardware died after 12 years, and will be replaced ASAP.

There is a long delayed task here for a new Hero. rsync have some buckets of different sizes (40G, 60G, 80G, 160G ...), so to maximize the value of the RPMs that we store in those buckets we developed some years ago this [1]. There is a package too [2]
The problem is that due to some planned movement in the servers, this code needs a bit of update, and a correct deployment in the new rsync server (or outside of it, as the knapsack algorith will take some CPU resources).
