[opensuse-project] openSUSE 12.3 doesn't support any video types

Sadly out-of-the-box, openSUSE 12.3 doesn't support any kind of video at all, not even WebM. I have opened a bug on it "Bug 802980 - WebM Video fails to play in KDE desktop", but as release draws near the chances of it being looked at appears slim.
