Open-source Contributions: Emphasized that tools are open-source, allowing equal contributions from SUSE and the community.
Collaboration and Infrastructure: Discussed infrastructure availability and collaboration under a different trademark, with a need for guarantees from SUSE regarding upstream recognition.
Does this include ensuring that all contributors are treated equally? Especially, that it is no longer necessary to register with comemrcial platform that, being commercial, lock out people depending on age, country of origin, US trade embargoes,…?
As best as possible given the limitations that governments place on institutions. It is important to recognize that certain governmental regulations may impose unavoidable restrictions for certain things. With certain status achieved, areas of contribution might become easier. I'll make a note of this for discussion. v/r Doug
