Ok, I want to file my objection to these types of questions which posit the tight relation of over-arching philosophical concepts to the removal of one *member* [not "citizen", or "resident", or...] from an *Open Source project*. Have some perspective. You are talking about a volunteer organization with real-world resource limitations operated by *volunteers* with real-world limitations and other obligations.
