I can't recall seeing anywhere else Leap being classified as "rolling". https://distrowatch.com/table.php?distribution=opensuse
Leap is rolling during development (alpha/beta phase), and gets frozen on release day. Nevertheless, "Rolling, Fixed" looks a bit confusing, and the "Rolling" part is even wrong for pre-Leap (and IIRC also some older Leap) releases which had some "frozen" alpha and beta releases.
BTW, not so long ago, openSUSE was hot on the heels of Fedora in the bottom half of the top 10. A whole bunch of other distros seem to be getting their word out a lot better than is openSUSE no having dropped to #18 behind Neon and Solus among other relative youngsters.
AFAIK distrowatch counts clicks on their page, so the easiest way to become #1 there is probably to start a "click here for free beer!" distro ;-)) These numbers are not really related to the number of users.
