Hi! I am Abhijeet Nikam. I am currently studying Computer Science and Engineering in Amrita School of Engineering (Coimbatore), India. My programming skills include: C/C++, Python, HTML and CSS. I have a good basic understanding of QT,QML and Git version control system. I am currently extensively going through QML tutorials and learning to build small applications using it. I am new to open source contribution but I have taken part in many FOSS related workshops and had got selected for Hack-fest Workshop under KDE. I would love to apply for GSoC with this projecct under openSUSE and become a part of this community. It would be great fun to work with experienced mentors and receive guidance throughout your journey to become a part of it. I believe I have the determination towards my goals to deliver on my goals and not leave out things halfway or unfinished. I will really appreciate any kind of guidance from mentors related to the project. I would love to start with easy tasks and later taking on tough ones in order to build a strong proposal for GSoC 2014.
