First off, welcome to openSUSE and Linux! I don't think openSUSE has a free shipping program, like Ubuntu and Fedora do. Perhaps there are extra DVDs someone can send you, or a community member can provide you with the discs?
Or you can buy a DVD from here relatively cheap.
