Have you checked the 'error log' view? Or perhaps 'help' -> 'about eclipse sdk' -> configuration details -> view error log?

This library provides platform-specific optimizations for certain file system operations. This library is not present on all platforms, so this may not be an error. The second seems more directly related, but it doesn't tell me anything.
