Can anyone recommend a good book on QT and/or KDE programming, ideally on the latest versions?
I'm competent in C++ and have written GUIs in java and the occasional single-dialog application in QT and GTK+. That should give you an idea of the level.
O'Reilly has a book "Programming with Qt". The second edition covers Qt 3. I haven't read this one but if it's like most of their other books it's probably worth getting. -- "His super power is to turn into a scotch terrier."
Andamooka has a KDE2 programming book online. I'm not aware of any KDE3 books out yet. But, like you I'd be interested in hearing recommendations for KDE3 programming. http://www.andamooka.org/reader.pl?section=kde20devel -jrh
