RE: [suse-programming-e] SLES 9 ISO mount structure, not sure?
I'm installing into a OS390 Guest. I actually boot up on a card punch. Do you think the yast2 module will work with this config? -----Original Message----- From: Stefan Hundhammer [mailto:sh@suse.de] Sent: Wednesday, February 23, 2005 7:52 AM To: suse-programming-e@suse.com Subject: Re: [suse-programming-e] SLES 9 ISO mount structure, not sure? This is my SuSe 9 mount structure; I get all the way to the point of choosing software and I get the following; any clues please and TIA!
Why don't you simply use the "installation server" YaST2 module? We wrote that to finally get rid of these kinds of issues. CU -- Stefan Hundhammer <sh@suse.de> Penguin by conviction. That module will generate the exact directory structure you need for a network installation, and IIRC S/390 machines are always installed via the network - see the installation instructions that came with the SLES.
