How are glibcxx and libstdc++ related?
Is glibcxx the same as libstc++, if yes: Why are there two names?
GLIBCXX is an ELF version string, not a package or file. libstdc++ 'provides' a certain version of GLIBCXX to the linker, so if a build says it needs GLIBCXX of a certain version, what you need to do is to find the version of libstdc++ that offers it.
