Hi Everybody, Since I'm doing it on a Macintosh I would like to be able to have access to data on hfs-volumes (be it ZIP-disks, floppies, or hard drives). I've got "hfsutils" installed, and that seems to work OK. "xhfs", the graphical front-end, doesn't seem to be there however [bash: xhfs: command not found]... How do I get "xhfs" to work? Regards, Alexander Schrieken Amsterdam alx@spidernet.nl the Netherlands

Try "which xhfs" - once as "normal" user amnd once as root. Maybe it isn't located in normal users' $PATH. $PATH is an environmental variable which can be viewed with either the command "env" or (if you know the name of the variable) with "echo $PATH". hth, Christian -- Christian Schmidt schmidtc@chemie.uni-hamburg.de

xhfs is now an extra package, should be in series xap. zgrep xhfs.rpm /cdrom/ARCHIVES.gz | more Gruss Olaf -- $ man clone BUGS Main feature not yet implemented...
