Hi everyone, I'm trying to collect some information on Linux-irDA and using it in connection with mobile phones. I checked the irDA project site at sourceforge but couldn't really find any helpful information on this subject. As I understood the current kernel already supports the irDA protocols (not sure which ones, though), but couldn't find any tools apart from Palm related stuff. In this case, I'm using a nokia 8210 and I'd love to connect through the irDA port. Does anyone know of any tools or libs (so I can roll my own) around? cheers, Martin. The irda port is proably not endian safe, you should ask for support on their mailing lists. http://sourceforge.net/projects/irda/ Gruss Olaf -- $ man clone BUGS Main feature not yet implemented...
