Any details about the new PPC platform? I could not find anything on your website. openSUSE 10.3 was just released a week ago, so you are probably a bit late for this. openSUSE 11.0 comes in 8 months, so at least there will be enough time for testing. Is your board already supported by the 2.6.22 kernel? Or do you have a set of kernel patches, which work with 2.6.22? In this case it should be possible to create an unofficial, semi working installer already for 10.3. BTW: the same is true for Ubuntu, I maintain an unofficial installer / boot kernel for Ubuntu Gutsy on Genesi's EFIKA. 10.3 would be fine.

Yes. The kernel will be ready really soon now. If you are interested, we can discuss details off list. Bye, CzP --------------------------------------------------------------------- Peter, Did you notice the AmigaOS connection to this board too? Color me excited about the possibility of this hardware making it in the main stream world!
Since SuSE PPC runs so well on the other hardware built for AmigaOS, this should provide a nice fit as well. Sounds like some very nice possibilities as well. Embedded market as well as computers? Yes, I'll be keeping up with this! Interested, sure, but excited, definitely!
