ok, but my problem is not that could not start from cdrom, but as soon as it loads the kernel, the message goes out for me. "You may not see any kernel console output, use a serial console on com1 in this case" Thank you for answering

Yes, there is a hint right before these lines. Add 'console=ttyS0' to the kernel command line, within 10 seconds.
