Hi! I have 7.1 installed and is using Samba (standard 2.07). I want to join W2K-computers to the domain but for that I need a newer version of Samba to work. I´ve seen a posting from Olaf saying that I can do a rpm --rebuild of the i386-package. I tried this but bumped into some problems along the way. 1. Automake was missing. Installed it. 2. Libtool was missing. Installed it. After doing that I got much further and almost all the way (I think).
