First, I searched, but i'm not finding the answer: what is an oldworld mac, and how do i distinguish them from newworld macs?
Second, So that i don't have to do a ftp install, can anyone either copy 7.3 cd's for me, or maybe the .iso's are avaliable somewhere online? I can pay for copies/shipping
Thanks,
Joe
Google is your friend- http://www.google.com/search?q=SuSE+PPC+7.3&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8 Oldworld is anything older than a Blue & White G3, such as a 7500, 7300, 9600, 8600, 8500. What is NOT old world are G3's, (not the beige) G4, and G5's. That said, if it is REAL old, before the PPC chip, you may not be supported. -- Thanks, George "They that would give up essential liberty for temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety."
