Hi There, If I understand the manuals correctly cdrecord uses the pg.o module to wright to these devices. However the manual also says on page 2 that PD is for a IDE disk, PCD for a ATAPI CD-ROM, PF for a ATAPI disk, PT for a ATAPI tape and PG for ATAPI generic devices. The pg driver exists mainly to support paralel port ATAPI CD-R and CD-RW devices. Then there's a link to http://gear.torque.net/parport/cdr.html where on the 4 paragraph you can read "YOU CANNOT MOUNT PG devices" I think there's the problem. Can the community modify maybe the pg, pcd or another driver so the guy's with a LAPTOP can do packetwriting through the paralel port? thanks in advance Guy Forssman But they use Op vr 13-09-2002, om 00:15 schreef Ben Fennema:
