Hi, For sometime I have been trying to get racket [1] to build and after a long fight I manage to get it building and working on openSUSE 12.1 and Factory but for some reason I can't figure out why it fails to build for openSUSE 12.2 Help is appreciated as I intent to submit it to devel:languages:misc and hopefully into factory Togan [1] <http://www.racket-lang.org/> -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+owner@opensuse.org

Any kind of specific request would be helpful :) Maybe links to an OBS Project, build logs, some information what did you try to do already? Dominique -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+owner@opensuse.org

Oops you're right (looks like I need some coffee), without knowing where it located one needs a magic ball it is located in home:toganm:testing and the package name is racket, here is the link to the package <https://build.opensuse.org/package/show?package=racket&project=home%3Atoganm%3Atesting> and the failing openSUSE 12.2 <https://build.opensuse.org/package/live_build_log?arch=i586&package=racket&project=home%3Atoganm%3Atesting&repository=openSUSE_12.2> Togan -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+owner@opensuse.org

it is located in home:toganm:testing and the package name is racket, here is the link to the package

Looks like a racket bug, see http://bugs.racket-lang.org/query/?cmd=view&pr=12320 and https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=808350#c10 Regards. -- Ismail Dönmez - openSUSE Team SUSE LINUX Products GmbH Maxfeldstr. 5, 90409 Nürnberg, Germany GF: Jeff Hawn, Jennifer Guild, Felix Imendörffer, HRB 16746 (AG Nürnberg) -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+owner@opensuse.org

Thanks, but I have read those before and I am building 5.3 as now which has the fix and it is only 12.2 that is failing. That's why I am clueless :( Thanks Togan -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+owner@opensuse.org

Does it fail when you build locally as well? Maybe it is related to the virtual machine? Chris -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+owner@opensuse.org

Unfortunately if fails local as well, I have tried Fedora 17 build it works also it is just 12.2 that is failing and the buildrequires are same for all opensuse there is one patch specific for Factory but that is irrelevant No clue why it is failing Togan Ps. please reply only to the list -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+owner@opensuse.org
