The new %optflag -flto=n gets it's n from the same place as %_smp_mflags so if you have placed the %limit_build macro after %optflags you may have a higher number of threads for lto than you have for make. I really don't know if this is harmful to runtime but it brought back intermittent build failures to graphics/blender.
