The current maintainer of WindowMaker, Carlos Mafra, has expressed an interest in building and distributing WM across multiple distributions, using build.opensuse.org.

A good approach is probably to get an account on OBS and just start building with the spec you already have. Then announce this in the list and hear who is willing to support. You can then assign a role to them in your project .
