SynCE 0.9.1 out there since 2005-07-08
Hi Folks, a new version of SynCE (software to sync a windows CE based PDA to linux) has been released. http://sourceforge.net/projects/synce/ There are new releases of orange and unshield to. On the SuSE 10.0 DVD and in the repos there is only the version 0.9.0 from 2004-09-12. The new release has a lot of bugfixes and new features. Perhaps any of the packagers out there could build rpms for SuSE 10.0. Regards JOern

Quoting http://www.opensuse.org/Factory_Distribution What is the Factory Distribution ? The Factory Distribution is the current state of the development for the next SUSE Linux distribution. The Development Releases of SUSE Linux (like Alpha, Beta or RC releases) are snapshots from this distribution. This means the Factory Distribution can be in any state, while the Development Releases do get some basic testing before the release. [...] Regards Christoph

If you look at the changelog that package actually is 0.9.1 ;) Expect a fixed version of that package to be in factory pretty soon...: ------------------------------------------------------------------- Thu Dec 1 15:59:57 CET 2005 - cthiel@suse.de - fix version tag ------------------------------------------------------------------- The version that's in 10.0 actually is at 0.9.1 too, by the way ;) Regards Christoph
