[opensuse-packaging] How can a package build in the build service with no rpmlint check?
I've just declined a submission of fftw3 from home:cowsandmilk:branches:multimedia:libs because when I looked at the build log there wasn't an rpmlint check after rpmbuild. How is this possible in a branched package? I view fftw3 as a critical library that can mess with an entire system. I don't know if the user is aware of this or not but it's possibly dangerous. On the other hand I've been offline for a while and maybe there's something I've missed. sr#108067 Dave -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+owner@opensuse.org

I only looked at the x86_64 build log but I see the rpmlint check for i586, the factory x86_64 build ends before rpmlint check , first time I've seen the build get stuck there. I'm getting very bad at reading the fine print, "Retried build at Tue Mar 6 10:04:22 2012 returned same result, skipped" I suppose in a case like this I must rely on the i586 rpmlint check.
