Missing description of packages in YaST2

Hi, I don't have a description of almost all packages in Yast2 in OpenSuse 10.0 on AMD64. It doesn't depend on status. There are installed packages without description, as a not installed. When I tried to query package, with commad in example: rpm -q cups-client -i complete information even with description was returned. Any advice? Tanks -- Bezecný Martin

Well it definitely works very well here (also 10.0 and AMD64). I'd say it's most probably a broken mirror (broken = did not sync correctly and/or all the data). What mirror are you using ? Try this one, it works for sure: http://ftp.belnet.be/packages/opensuse/distribution/SL-10.0-OSS/inst-source/ cheers - -- -o) Pascal Bleser http://linux01.gwdg.de/~pbleser/ /\\ <pascal.bleser@skynet.be> <guru@unixtech.be> _\_v The more things change, the more they stay insane. -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.2 (GNU/Linux) Comment: Using GnuPG with Thunderbird - http://enigmail.mozdev.org iD8DBQFEIE3Nr3NMWliFcXcRAk2SAKCqiUZlHZrFOa3WS/yVe7atPTKsrACeOpYS yzHDbEJujUcEzhsHGNoFguM= =sEVx -----END PGP SIGNATURE-----
