Anyone knows how to make diff packages?

I've looked around rpm.org, but I couldn't find anything.

Our project will be releasing a few betas shortly (and the final release eventaully), and with a -data package of ~400MB I'd like to provide diff packages so that the transition from beta1 to beta2 to final is as painless as possible.
