Where is pkgconfig for libpcsclite needed for rebuild of keepassxc-2.7.1?
All, Attempting to rebuild keepassxc-2.7.1, from 15.4 Backport Update, the build fails with: error: Failed build dependencies: pkgconfig(libpcsclite) is needed by keepassxc-2.7.1-bp154.3.3.1.x86_64 Searching all the repositories, the only libpcsclite packages available are for the library, no -devel package and no .pc files. Do I have to hack a .pc file myself looking at /usr/lib64 or is there an actual package for this? -- David C. Rankin, J.D.,P.E.

I can build this in my build-service account -- so somewhere behind the magic curtain, the build is finding a .pc file for libpcsclite. Where can I download this locally for 15.4? -- David C. Rankin, J.D.,P.E.
