Hi all, there is a new kid on the block. Michael deHaan, the creator of Ansible, has created a new project called Jetporch. Written in Rust and a lot faster than Ansible. At least that is the claim. https://github.com/jetporch/jetporch "Jetporch (aka Jet) is a general-purpose, community-driven IT automation platform for configuration management, deployment, orchestration, patching, and arbitrary task execution workflows." I am preparing a package for this, as I am eager to test it. Yes, it is only 0.0.1 first release and Tech Preview. :-) Currently the package fails due to some missing imports, upstream issue is open.
