I've been an old AMSN packager myself, and I've contributed with the project since a long time, so I think I have quite some experience on packaging it.

So, I'm sending you my specs and my cvs update script that I've made to Mandriva, so that you can check and see if there is something interesting to get merged into yours. I was thinking about porting my packages into SUSE, but since you've already done it, maybe it's easier if we work together.
