Package in question is obs://vdr/vdradmin

The "buildservice" does nothing but calling rpm and rpm maintainer has perl requires autoreq disabled because there are many false positives. I once started an experiment to figure how much work these false positives create - but I don't even remember the outcome. Ok, then I'll try to compile the list of requirements manually (as I assume that perl-libwww-perl is too broad). Note that even for cpanspec I disabled automatically scanning the code as perl requires are just too dynamic
