[opensuse-packaging] What is build-mkbaselibs
Hi, I've a strange expansion error in multimedia:apps wavemon, it can't find build-mkbaselibs. An osc search build-mkbaselibs --binary search indicates that it's in openSUSE:tools for every supported rpm based distro except openSUSE. Where is the package the build is looking for? multimedia:apps is building against snapshot and the checked in branch builds successfully against standard. Thanks Dave P -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+help@opensuse.org

That should go away automatically for Factory, when the new "build" package has been built. -- Adrian Schroeter SUSE Linux Products GmbH email: adrian@suse.de -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+help@opensuse.org

JFYi, it is caused from building against "snapshot" repo, just build against "standard" to get it. -- Adrian Schroeter SUSE Linux Products GmbH email: adrian@suse.de -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+help@opensuse.org

I'll switch multimedia apps and libs back to standard, as it seems to have settled. It was originally at snapshot during the libpng saga. Thanks Dave P -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+help@opensuse.org

I fixed the project config, so the new package is only required on standard, but not on snapshot. darix -- openSUSE - SUSE Linux is my linux openSUSE is good for you www.opensuse.org -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+unsubscribe@opensuse.org For additional commands, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+help@opensuse.org
