[opensuse-packaging] GPLv2 to GPLv3+ question.

Hi, I'm preparing for the imminent release of lilypond-2.14.0 by building a 2.13.44 git snapshot and going through the COPYING and LICENSE files I've noticed that it's switched to GPLv3+. The package is at home:plater:lilypond lilypond if needed. Could somebody please tell me if there will be any any complications.
