install: no, that's in the description (and in /usr/share/doc/packages/*/NEWS or /usr/share/doc/packages/*/README)

Now THAT is a failure of the used packaging tools (RPM), not that DEB is better, but this is a general failure of all those tools. These tools where simply NOT made with regards to such information requests. Do not blame the packagers for the tools they are forced (by management) to use. I'm open for the introduction of better tools.
