suse package conventions?

Hi, is it possible to get the SUSE Package Conventions without a Novell-account? If i follow this link http://forge.novell.com/modules/xfref_library/detail.php?tab=doc&reference_id=1544&group=1367 which i found in the SUSE_Build_Tutorial i've to login here https://developer.novell.com/ICSLogin/?%22http://forge.novell.com/modules/xfcontent/private.php?reference_id=1544&content=/library/SUSE%20Package%20Conventions/spc.html%22 with a Novell-account. Some days ago i found them here http://ftp.novell.com/pub/forge/library/SUSE%20Package%20Conventions/spc.htm... (without login etc.) but this page doesn't exist anymore. Marcus
