Hello,
Is ldconfig still required? https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Packaging_Conventions_RPM_Macros https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/Removing_ldconfig_scriptlets https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Packaging:Scriptlets#Shared_Libraries
AFAIK it is not needed anymore since rpm takes care using file triggers?
openSUSE has not elected to implement the file triggers that Fedora and Mageia have for running ldconfig. You still need the ldconfig scriptlets. -- 真実はいつも一つ!/ Always, there's only one truth! -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+owner@opensuse.org
