Yamaban, if you as an admin like to enable or disable a service, just run systemctl enable some.service or systemct disable some.service And I expect we will teach chkconfig about systemd as well. The proposal is for the initial configuration - which services will be enabled or not. Currently this happesn inside packages and you have *zero* influence on it - and now we move it from packages to a meta-package.
