I haven't had much time atm but after updating libcdio to remove libcdio-mini which was causing pkgconfig conflicts in various packages, a licence problem was found see http://old.nabble.com/libcdio%27s-paranoia-is-getting-split-off-from-libcdio... To resolve bnc#756564 I updated to the git libcdio which no longer has libcdio-paranoia. I see that gvfs is the only package that requires it, it builds but without cdda support. I'm going to create the libcdio-paranoia package but it may not make it into 12.2. Regards Dave
Gvfs won't build with libcdio-paranoia, it's incompatible with the git libcdio. Reverting to libcdio-0.82 which I had updated to 0.83, isn't an option because it's already GPL-3.0+. I haven't time to fix the gvfs build problem which after fixing the include file problems appeared to stem from libcdio/cdtext.h. Maybe somebody else can fix libcdio-paranoia, it's in multimedia:libs.
Until then please submit libcdio-paranoia to Factory. I need it for qmmp and it's enough as it is right now in multimedia:libs. -- To unsubscribe, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+unsubscribe@opensuse.org To contact the owner, e-mail: opensuse-packaging+owner@opensuse.org
