[opensuse-packaging] Factory: rpmlint fallout

Hi, there is some fallout from the rpmlint 0.83 (new upstream release) upgrade in Factory, where a broken change caused a bootstrap issue and consequently all packges failed, and even a fixed package didn't build anymore. Please ignore rpmlint related failures today, everything should be back to normal tomorrow.
