[opensuse-packaging] Where do the macros "BUILD_ORIG" and "BUILD_ORIG_ADDON" come from?

Putting %dump in the spec file doesn't show up anything. Another thing, what's the point of a macro like %glib2_gsettings_schema_requires which expands to Requires(post): glib2-tools and Requires(postun): glib2-tools and breaks the 11.3 build of a package? ie. gstreamer-0_10-plugins-bad.
