Yes, but that is not set during build time and it even happens with some include paths. What I did was to set the prefix to $(empty)/usr where empty is an empty shell variable, and then all worked fine. I have got a working rpm for mythtv x86_64 but there is still some problems with the plug ins and getting them to compile correctly.
