I am re-building those on Factory now, but I am not sure if we really want to patch each individual package (with patches that in many cases cannot go upstream) or if we should go the more general approach of patching gcc and javadoc to use the https://reproducible-builds.org/specs/source-date-epoch/ variable when a .c file uses __TIME__ and __DATE__ and set it in OBS/osc/rpmbuild/build to the epoch of the newest rpm involved in the build. Adrian said, if they implement it, it would be a project option. doxygen and 3 others already use that variable.
