Does it (#opensuse-packaging) work?
It might come as a surprise but some people tend to sleep at night. :-)
All info is logged in a client window, I hope. My opinion is: if you stay in a channel, take a look at the window. Scroll it up.
Sure. However, when I come to work at 7:00 and see that someone (who is likely to be in the same timezone or a close one) pinged me at 1:00, I wouldn't really expect him to be still waiting for my response. I might pong back just in case but I wouldn't really blame someone who doesn't. After all, IRC's primary purpose is an interactive communication, if the latencies count in hours, e-mail is probably preferrable.
And I got some response in the channel (but not from DimStar).
