[opensuse-packaging] Package rebuild not triggered in OBS after build dependency changed

Hi, I am trying to figure out why openSUSE:Factory/Mesa-drivers rebuild was not triggered after version upgrade of openSUSE:Factory/llvm got accepted 12 hours ago. Any advise where to look at? Not sure if it is important, but Mesa-drivers is part of a multi-spec package together with Mesa and llvm is a meta-package that depends on the current major version of llvm, currently llvm6.
