[opensuse-packaging] OBS attribute Publishing/lyx

Publishing/lyx has an attribute: openSUSE:UpstreamVersion 2.0.3 I don't know where this comes from and why it is there, but it is pretty outdated and I do not have the right to change or remove it (I am maintainer of lyx).
