yeah but my point was that - AFAIR - rpm does not look at DT_RUNPATH/RPATH. If you have /usr/lib64/amazon-2.0/libfoo.so, the rpms only carry a dependency on "libfoo.so", and if some randomother package happens to provide that too, then boom. Well, it won't start and cripple data, but not starting is an issue in its own right, too. So, if you can, /usr/lib64/libfoo-2.0.so.
