[opensuse-packaging] Development of .spec files

Hello, Would this tool assist people on the creation of .spec files ?. http://wiki.eclipse.org/Linux_Tools_Project/SpecfileEditor/User_Guide The Specfile Editor plug-in provides a wizard for creating new .spec files too.
